Immigrating to the United States as a young child and growing up in Miami-Dade County, Andres understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in the State of Florida and is well diversified in the Real Estate market. He moved to the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia area, to pursue a career in the Video Telecommunication Industry. As a civilian consultant working for a private company, Andres provided project management and engineering support for many Federal Government Agencies and all branches of the United States Military supporting our troops. During his tenure as a civilian consultant, Andres increased his technical knowledge and his skill levels day by day making him a Video Telecommunications and Audiovisual Subject Matter Expert, leading him to manage and design high visibility, high dollar projects successfully to completion in a timely manner. His professionalism, work ethics, attention to detail, communications skills, team leading capabilities and desire to help his clients achieve their goals is second to none. After 25 years of working in the industry he loved so much, he decided to return to South Florida where he focused on obtaining his Real Estate License and thus began his new journey in Real Estate. Andres hasn’t looked back since; 6 years and counting. After relocating from Miami-Dade/Broward to Ocala, he is now focused on serving North Central Florida and surrounding areas, dedicating himself to helping families fulfill their dreams of home ownership, and making new fond memories. In addition, Andres is Hispanic of Cuban descent, and in turn is able to speak fluently with Spanish speakers; thus, widening his community outreach.
